Who uses it
claude dashboard is a personal tool with a single user, its owner Alan Cohen. It is not available to the public.
Google data it accesses
- Google Tasks (tasks scope): reads, creates, updates and completes the owner's tasks and task lists.
- Google Calendar (calendar.events scope): reads and updates the owner's events so task deadlines and events stay aligned.
How it is used and stored
- Data is used only to keep the owner's own task list in sync across Apple Reminders, Google Tasks and Google Calendar.
- Data is stored on a private server controlled by the owner and sent only over encrypted connections.
- Data is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Limited Use
claude dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted from the server on request.
